Warranty period: five years after acceptance.

Within the free warranty period, the maintenance personnel shall respond within 2 hours after receiving the maintenance notice and arrive at the site within 24 hours. The commitments are as follows:

1. The products of Jinhu insurance equipment (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. shall be guaranteed free of charge and maintained for life within five years from the date of acceptance. In case of non-human quality problems during the warranty period, we will be responsible for free repair or replacement. In case of losses caused by improper use of users or products beyond the warranty period, we will be responsible for repair and only charge appropriate material fees and installation related fees.

2. During the warranty period, we shall be responsible for all the losses and expenses caused by the equipment quality problems.

3. We provide free delivery, installation, debugging and training services.

4. After receiving the user's notice, our company's maintenance personnel will respond within 2 hours and start the journey, arrive at the site within 24 hours for maintenance, and solve the problem within 8 hours. In case of special circumstances, the problem cannot be solved in a short time, our company will make a written explanation and specify the time for solving the problem.

5. Our company has a after-sales service department, and a special person is responsible for consulting the products every year, answering all kinds of questions about product quality, repair and maintenance raised by customers, and collecting market information and customers' wishes for product optimization.

6. Guarantee and repair the products sold by our company regularly. In case of major failure requiring on-site maintenance, our professional staff shall guarantee to start within 24 hours and arrive at the site.
